About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design detailed routed wiring harnesses for wheel speed sensors, motor‑on‑caliper park brakes, and electro‑mechanical brake components.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate electrical and mechanical subsystems into vehicle architecture.
- Use CAD and electrical simulation tools to validate harness designs and ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Develop and maintain design documentation, BOMs, and test plans for chassis and braking system components.
- Participate in prototype testing, failure analysis, and iterative design improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in chassis wiring harness and brake system design.
- Strong proficiency with CAD software and electrical simulation tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
