Software Engineer
Coordinate engineering activities for large infrastructure projects, managing schedules, risks, and stakeholder communication while supporting delivery teams with construction and project management tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily engineering tasks across multiple disciplines to ensure alignment with project schedules and milestones.
- Maintain and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, tracking progress and identifying critical path issues.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, alliance partners, and client representatives, ensuring clear and timely information flow.
- Monitor and report on risk registers, implementing mitigation actions and escalating issues as needed.
- Support procurement and contract administration by preparing documentation, tracking deliverables, and ensuring compliance with project standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in engineering coordination or construction project support.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 (or equivalent scheduling software) and strong MS Office skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risks, resolve issues, and work effectively in multi‑partner alliance environments.
