About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Java development initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and delivery schedules.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives) and maintain transparent backlog grooming.
- Collaborate with product owners, QA, and DevOps to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and deployment pipelines.
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering best practices in coding and testing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience coordinating Java software projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and related ecosystem technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud deployment (AWS or Azure) is a plus.
