About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate engineering projects across multiple teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards to track progress and identify risks.
- Facilitate communication between engineering, product, and business stakeholders, translating technical details into actionable insights.
- Analyze project data to provide performance metrics, trend analysis, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Support Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning to keep teams focused and productive.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project or engineering coordination within a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
