About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for engineering initiatives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand‑ups, retrospectives) and maintain product backlogs.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring clear communication between engineering, QA, design, and product management.
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on time and within scope.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards using Jira and Confluence.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in engineering project coordination or product management.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and experience leading Agile teams.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
