Software Engineer
Lead cross‑functional engineering teams to design, build, and scale cloud‑native solutions using AWS, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies, driving technical excellence and innovation.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for large‑scale, cloud‑native products, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high‑performance systems on AWS.
- Mentor and grow engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, code quality, and knowledge sharing.
- Drive adoption of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations stakeholders to deliver high‑value features on time.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record in leading technical teams.
- Deep expertise in AWS services (EC2, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudFormation).
- Strong background in designing microservices, event‑driven architectures, and container orchestration.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
