About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close engineering and construction projects from initiation to completion, maintaining scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including design, procurement, and field crews, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Communicate progress, issues, and solutions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and regulatory approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in engineering or construction environments.
- Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and complex project schedules.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
