About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, generate summary statistics, and derive actionable insights for Trust and Safety initiatives.
- Lead cross‑functional projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables while coordinating with engineering, policy, and research teams.
- Evaluate technical and policy challenges of AI systems, assessing novel risks and threat actors involved in cyber misuse, societal harms, and weaponization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and policy teams to shape risk mitigation strategies and inform product design decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of data analysis experience, including trend identification and insight generation.
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience, with a track record of leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
- Strong statistical analysis skills and proficiency with data tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Experience with AI policy, risk assessment, or related fields is highly desirable.
