About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement hydraulic and hydrologic models for watershed management and flood mitigation projects.
- Prepare detailed engineering designs, reports, and environmental assessments for water infrastructure improvements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate GIS data, CAD drawings, and field observations into project deliverables.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely and cost-effective outcomes.
- Conduct field investigations, data collection, and quality assurance/quality control of engineering analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering.
- Proven experience with hydraulic modeling software (e.g., HEC‑RAS, InfoWorks) and GIS platforms.
- Strong proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and data analysis tools (Excel, Python).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
