About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver large, high‑value construction projects from concept through completion.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls, ensuring financial performance aligns with capital planning goals.
- Coordinate design, engineering, and construction activities, leveraging BIM and AutoCAD for accurate modeling and clash detection.
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and contract administration to maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and change orders to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience managing complex construction projects.
- Proficiency in BIM, AutoCAD, and MS Project for project planning and execution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local construction regulations and best practices.
