About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for embedded and system-level components using Python and C++.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define test plans, requirements, and acceptance criteria for naval shipbuilding projects.
- Execute functional, regression, and performance tests, analyze results, and document defects in a traceable manner.
- Integrate test automation into continuous integration pipelines to accelerate delivery cycles.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior test engineers and cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test engineering within a complex, safety‑critical environment.
- Experience with embedded systems and real‑time operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
