About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and integration of protection and control systems for power generation and distribution assets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop system specifications, test plans, and commissioning procedures.
- Perform fault analysis, reliability assessments, and performance tuning of SCADA and PLC platforms.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and field personnel.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in protection and control system engineering.
- Proficiency with SCADA, PLC programming, and power system analysis tools.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in field or remote settings.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
