Systems Engineer
Senior technical leader driving the design and delivery of advanced voice‑driven AI agent solutions using Python, NLP, and AWS, while ensuring scalable, containerized deployments with Docker and Kubernetes and robust CI/CD pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable voice‑driven AI agent platforms that integrate natural language understanding and speech synthesis.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define product requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver high‑quality code on schedule.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS) to support continuous integration, automated testing, and rapid rollouts.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of code quality, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of AI models and production services to ensure reliability and low latency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML and cloud services.
- Proficiency in Python, AWS services (Lambda, S3, SageMaker), and experience building NLP pipelines.
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
- Strong understanding of voice technologies, speech recognition, and text‑to‑speech engines.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading technical teams in an agile environment.
