Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, research and development, and quality assurance to drive process improvements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including SOPs, test methods, and reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, and implement changes as necessary.
Requirements:
- BS or MS in a scientific or engineering discipline, such as biology, chemistry, or engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in a quality control or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Python, Machine Learning, and AWS is highly desirable.
