Engineer - Operations Improvement

As an Engineer - Operations Improvement at micron, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving operational processes using data-driven insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions that drive business outcomes. This role requires a strong technical background, with expertise in programming languages, machine learning, and cloud computing.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Design and implement data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process optimization

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical operations role
• Strong programming skills in Python and Node.js
• Experience with machine learning and cloud computing (AWS)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
