About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end project lifecycles, from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
- Analyze and redesign processes to increase efficiency, reliability, and scalability across systems.
- Lead small, cross‑functional teams, facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Prepare and deliver clear, data‑driven presentations to senior stakeholders and technical audiences.
- Identify technical risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in systems engineering or project development within a complex, regulated environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in process modeling and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of translating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results on schedule.
