About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain RHEL servers within a private cloud architecture, ensuring scalability and high availability.
- Implement and manage virtualization solutions (KVM, VMware) to support physical and virtual workloads.
- Automate routine tasks and configuration management using scripting (Bash, Python) and tools such as Ansible or Puppet.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply patches and updates to maintain security and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate new services and optimize existing infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing RHEL environments in a production setting.
- Strong knowledge of private cloud concepts, virtualization, and containerization.
- Proficiency in automation and configuration management tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting, performance tuning, and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
