Engineer II, Field Service - Remote Seattle, WA

We are seeking an experienced Engineer II, Field Service to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will design, develop, and implement software solutions for field service operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop technical solutions to meet those needs. You will be responsible for the development, testing, and deployment of software applications, as well as providing technical support and guidance to field service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop software solutions for field service operations using Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop technical solutions to meet those needs.
• Develop, test, and deploy software applications, ensuring high-quality and reliability.
• Provide technical support and guidance to field service teams, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with other engineers and technical teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on field service operations.
• Strong expertise in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS.
• Experience with JavaScript and SQL is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
