As an Engineer CE PYE (Physical Failure Analysis) at Micron, you will be responsible for designing and developing physical failure analysis tools and methodologies to improve product reliability and yield. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze physical failure mechanisms, develop and implement new analysis techniques, and collaborate with engineers to integrate new analysis tools into the product development process.

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in physical failure analysis, reliability engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and physical failure mechanisms.
- Proficiency in Python programming language and experience with machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with AWS cloud-based tools and services.
