Software Engineer
Hands‑on Endpoint Engineer responsible for deploying, managing, and securing devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune, SCCM/MECM) and automation scripts.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise‑wide endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, and SCCM/MECM.
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms, ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Automate routine tasks and patching processes with PowerShell and other scripting tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Monitor endpoint health, enforce security baselines, and respond to incidents to maintain a secure, high‑performing device fleet.
- Collaborate with IT service teams to integrate endpoint management with broader ITSM processes and support end‑user computing services.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing devices in a large‑scale enterprise environment.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager suite (Intune, SCCM/MECM) and Unified Endpoint Management concepts.
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android device lifecycle management.
- Strong scripting skills, preferably PowerShell, for automation and reporting.
- Solid understanding of endpoint security best practices, patch management, and compliance frameworks.
