Software Engineer
Consultant responsible for end‑user support and network services, ensuring reliable connectivity, troubleshooting Windows/Linux environments, managing Active Directory, and configuring VPN solutions for a global client base.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier‑2/3 support for Windows and Linux workstations, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Administer and maintain Active Directory, including user provisioning, group policy, and security settings.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot VPN and remote access solutions to support mobile and remote staff.
- Collaborate with network teams to implement and support LAN/WAN infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Document troubleshooting steps, create knowledge base articles, and train end users on best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support, with strong Windows and Linux administration skills.
- Proven knowledge of networking fundamentals, VPN technologies, and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric approach.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
