Software Engineer
Lead the design, development, and delivery of flagship Power Platform products, including a unified digital workspace and an AI‑native knowledge chatbot, driving digital transformation for frontline teams using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain the Chorus Local Portal using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, ensuring scalability and performance for frontline users.
- Lead the creation of Choree, an AI‑native knowledge management chatbot, integrating Power Virtual Agents with Azure Cognitive Services for conversational access to policies and operational knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Solution Architects, Technical BAs, and Product & Design Leads to translate business requirements into robust Power Platform solutions.
- Implement best practices for security, governance, and compliance across all Power Platform components.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading Power Platform projects, with deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Strong background in Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Cognitive Services) and integration with external APIs.
- Hands‑on experience building AI‑native chatbots and implementing natural language processing solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with cross‑functional teams.
