About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data enablement strategy that aligns with business objectives across multiple tribes.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architecture and governance frameworks on cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver self‑service data products and insights.
- Champion data quality, security, and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
- Build and mentor a high‑performing enablement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data strategy, architecture, or enablement roles within a large, fast‑moving organization.
- Proven track record of delivering cloud‑based data solutions and driving data‑driven culture.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Deep understanding of data governance, quality, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
