We are seeking an EMEA Digital Manager to lead regional digital marketing execution that drives measurable funnel impact and revenue growth across the EMEA market. In this role, you will translate global marketing strategy into locally resonant campaigns, own regional digital performance, and build integrated marketing programs that connect sales, partners, events, and digital channels. This is an opportunity to shape the digital presence of a globally recognized color science brand across one of its most strategically important regions, while developing deep expertise at the intersection of demand generation, content strategy, and channel marketing.
You will report to the EMEA Teamleader Digital Marketing. You will work closely with regional sales teams, field marketing colleagues, and global campaign teams to ensure EMEA marketing plans are aligned, activated, and optimized. Success in this role means accelerating MQL growth, improving funnel conversion across EMEA sub-regions, and becoming part of the regional digital authority that sales and marketing partners rely on.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Amplify global marketing campaigns across the EMEA region by evaluating market fit, relevance, and readiness, then adapting messaging and content to drive resonance with local audiences and business verticals.
Drive regional marketing plan execution by partnering with EMEA sales and marketing teams to translate current strategy and growth bridge priorities into actionable regional programs that deliver funnel and revenue impact.
Regionalize content across sub-regions, business verticals, and partner channels by tailoring messaging, value propositions, and promotions for sales teams, partners, and the dealer network.
Collaborate with the non-digital regional team to develop integrated event and show strategies, including pre- and post-event activation, and field marketing programs that accelerate lead generation and conversion.
Own regional website and PPC performance, driving digital demand generation aligned to regional targets and optimizing campaigns for traffic, engagement, MQLs, and funnel creation.
Analyze campaign performance and funnel metrics to generate actionable insights that continuously improve digital outcomes and inform regional marketing investment decisions.
Coordinate with the global marcom team to ensure EMEA requirements are represented in global campaign planning, content development, and channel activation cycles.
