About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement embodied AI solutions for robotic platforms, ensuring seamless integration of perception, planning, and control modules.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of AI, robotics, and software engineers to deliver end‑to‑end robot brain systems.
- Develop and optimize deep learning models for perception, decision‑making, and reinforcement learning, deploying them on embedded hardware.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to design low‑latency, high‑throughput pipelines for sensor fusion and real‑time inference.
- Define and maintain best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous integration in a fast‑moving environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI and robotics, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and real‑time inference on embedded platforms.
- Strong programming skills in Python and C++, with experience in ROS or similar middleware.
- Deep understanding of reinforcement learning, perception pipelines, and autonomous decision systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor and inspire a high‑performing team.
