About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute test strategies for embedded automotive software platforms, focusing on AUTOSAR, C#, C++ and CAN interfaces.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and APIs to validate functionality, performance, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including developers, hardware engineers, and quality assurance, to ensure timely delivery of test artifacts.
- Track defects, manage test documentation, and report metrics to stakeholders, driving continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior test engineers and promote best practices in embedded system verification.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in embedded software testing, preferably in the automotive domain.
- Strong knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture, CAN bus protocols, and proficiency in C# and C++ development.
- Hands‑on experience building test automation frameworks and API‑based test tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex system interactions.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage test teams and collaborate with multi‑disciplinary groups.
