Lead the design and integration of Level 4 autonomous driving subsystems, ensuring seamless hardware‑software alignment on an AV‑ready platform using AUTOSAR and advanced embedded architectures.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and validate the technical architecture for Level 4 AD subsystems within an AV‑ready platform.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (hardware, software, vehicle dynamics) to align requirements and deliverables.
- Define and enforce integration standards, interfaces, and performance metrics across the system stack.
- Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies (e.g., sensor fusion, edge computing) to enhance autonomous capabilities.
- Lead technical reviews, risk assessments, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and safety.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in embedded system architecture for automotive or autonomous driving applications.
- Deep knowledge of AUTOSAR, real‑time operating systems, and hardware‑software integration.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills in a collaborative environment.
- Experience with Level 4/5 autonomous driving concepts and safety standards is a plus.
