About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain embedded firmware for satellite antenna subsystems using C and C++ on RTOS platforms.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate antenna control logic, signal processing, and power management modules.
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and system‑level tests to validate performance under LEO conditions.
- Optimize code for real‑time constraints, memory footprint, and power efficiency.
- Participate in design reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the antenna software stack.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of embedded software experience in aerospace or satellite environments.
- Proficiency in C/C++, RTOS (FreeRTOS, VxWorks, or similar), and Linux kernel development.
- Strong understanding of satellite communication protocols and antenna control systems.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative team.
