Embedded Engineer - IHUB ROBOTICS
Embedded Systems Engineer
Design and develop embedded hardware, including analog/digital circuits and PCBs, implement communication interfaces (UART, I2C, SPI), and perform board bring‑up and troubleshooting in a lab environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design analog and digital circuits for embedded systems, creating schematics and performing simulations.
- Develop multi‑layer PCBs, applying through‑hole and SMD techniques while adhering to industry standards and design rules.
- Integrate and validate hardware interfaces such as UART, I2C, SPI, USB, CAN, and Ethernet.
- Conduct board bring‑up, functional testing, and root‑cause analysis using oscilloscopes, power supplies, spectrum analyzers, and other lab equipment.
- Document design reviews, safety analyses, and regulatory compliance checklists.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
- Hands‑on experience with analog and digital circuit design and PCB layout tools.
- Proficiency in hardware communication protocols (UART, I2C, SPI, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting skills in a lab setting, using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and related instruments.
- Ability to follow design standards, perform tolerance analyses, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
