Lead the design and execution of data‑driven email and lifecycle marketing strategies, leveraging SQL, Python, and Tableau to uncover insights, optimize campaigns, and drive student engagement across a large online education portfolio.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle analytics framework, from data ingestion to actionable insights for email and marketing automation teams.
- Design, build, and maintain SQL‑based data pipelines and dashboards in Tableau to monitor campaign performance, churn, and revenue attribution.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to define experiment designs, run A/B tests, and interpret results to refine messaging and segmentation.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, data‑driven recommendations for cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data quality, governance, and storytelling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing analytics or a related data‑driven role within a high‑growth tech or education environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, numpy), and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of driving decisions through data and experimentation.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex insights to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, or similar) is a plus.
