About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for elevator support unit manufacturing, aligning with contract milestones and customer requirements.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including engineering, procurement, and logistics—to ensure material availability and resource allocation.
- Utilize SAP and Microsoft Project to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on‑time and within budget.
- Analyze production data, generate performance metrics, and provide regular status reports to senior leadership and government stakeholders.
- Manage risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies while maintaining Secret‑level security clearance compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in production planning or scheduling within a defense or aerospace environment.
- Proficiency with SAP ERP and Microsoft Project (or similar scheduling tools).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
