About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans for PCB and system‑level validation of phased‑array ground station components.
- Execute RF and digital signal integrity tests using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and vector network analyzers.
- Automate test sequences with Python and LabVIEW, integrating data acquisition and analysis pipelines.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot failures and recommend design improvements.
- Document test results, generate detailed reports, and present findings to cross‑functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- Strong foundation in RF fundamentals, signal integrity, and PCB layout.
- Hands‑on experience with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and familiarity with LabVIEW or similar test automation tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
