QA Engineer
Design, build, and maintain test fixtures and automated test programs for electronic circuit board production, applying Lean principles and ISO 9001:2015 standards to ensure reliable, high‑quality manufacturing processes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test strategies, procedures, and programs for electronic PCB production.
- Design, fabricate, and qualify test fixtures and automated test equipment.
- Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to integrate test solutions into the production line.
- Maintain test documentation, ensure compliance with Lean methodologies and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of test systems throughout their lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Hands‑on experience designing test fixtures and automated test setups for PCB assemblies.
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and ISO 9001 quality systems.
- Proficiency with test software/hardware (e.g., LabVIEW, Python, C/C++) and data acquisition tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and cross‑functional teamwork skills.
