About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly prototype electronics projects from concept to functional prototype.
- Design, review, and iterate circuit diagrams and PCB layouts using industry‑standard CAD tools.
- Develop and debug firmware to interface with hardware components.
- Create comprehensive test cases, perform functional and reliability testing, and analyze results.
- Source and evaluate components, negotiate with vendors, and manage PCB fabrication and assembly.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to integrate hardware with software and system requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in PCB design and firmware development for embedded systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of component selection, supply chain logistics, and fabrication processes.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
