Software Engineer
Mid-level Electronics Hardware Designer responsible for designing, testing, and refining PCB and RF solutions using CAD tools, ensuring signal integrity and manufacturability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high‑performance PCBs and RF circuits for communication products, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Utilize CAD tools (Altium Designer, OrCAD) to create schematics, layout, and BOMs, optimizing for manufacturability and cost.
- Perform signal integrity analysis, impedance matching, and thermal simulations to validate design performance.
- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and QA teams to integrate hardware with embedded software and validate prototypes.
- Lead design reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and implement design changes to improve yield and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in PCB and RF design for communication devices.
- Proficiency with CAD tools (Altium Designer, OrCAD) and simulation software (HFSS, ADS).
- Strong understanding of signal integrity, impedance control, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
