Lead the design and integration of electronic warfare solutions, driving system architecture, requirements management, and cross‑functional collaboration using MBSE, signal processing, and software development expertise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the end‑to‑end architecture for electronic warfare systems, ensuring alignment with mission requirements and performance targets.
- Lead requirements capture, analysis, and traceability using Model‑Based Systems Engineering tools (e.g., SysML, DOORS).
- Coordinate cross‑disciplinary teams—including hardware, software, and signal‑processing engineers—to deliver integrated solutions on schedule.
- Develop and validate signal‑processing algorithms and software components in C++ and MATLAB, supporting test and evaluation activities.
- Mentor junior engineers, promote best practices, and drive continuous improvement in engineering processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience in electronic warfare or defense systems.
- Proven expertise in systems engineering methodologies, MBSE, and requirements management.
- Strong background in signal processing, RF concepts, and software development (C++/MATLAB).
- Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams and delivering complex, mission‑critical projects.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
