QA Engineer
Design and implement automated electrical test systems for high‑performance energy storage hardware, using Python, LabVIEW, PLCs, and data acquisition tools to ensure reliability and scalability.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for battery modules and related power electronics.
- Design test sequences, scripts, and hardware interfaces using Python, LabVIEW, and PLC programming.
- Integrate data acquisition systems, analyze results, and generate comprehensive test reports.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and reliability teams to troubleshoot failures and improve test coverage.
- Implement continuous‑integration pipelines for test software and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in electrical test automation, including hands‑on work with oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and high‑voltage equipment.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and LabVIEW development for test control.
- Experience programming PLCs (e.g., Allen‑Bradley, Siemens) and integrating them with test rigs.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to work cross‑functionally, and a passion for advancing energy storage technology.
