Electrical Engineer focused on designing, validating, and supporting power distribution systems using E-Plan, ensuring safety, manufacturability, and compliance with industry standards for both Engineer‑to‑Order and Configure‑to‑Order projects.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure electrical systems for power distribution products, translating customer and project requirements into safe, accurate, and manufacturable solutions.
- Develop detailed electrical drawings and documentation in E‑Plan, ensuring alignment with industry standards and internal quality guidelines.
- Conduct validation and testing of electrical designs, troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions to meet performance and safety criteria.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on Engineer‑to‑Order (ETO) and Configure‑to‑Order (CTO) projects, providing technical expertise throughout the product lifecycle.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience with E‑Plan and electrical design for power distribution equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on testing and validation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
