About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate electrical systems for defence platforms, ensuring compliance with stringent safety and performance standards.
- Lead power distribution and signal integrity studies, including PCB layout, component selection, and thermal analysis.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate embedded firmware and RF subsystems into mission‑critical hardware.
- Conduct rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis to resolve design issues and improve reliability.
- Prepare technical documentation, design reviews, and compliance reports for regulatory and client approval.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in power system design, signal processing, and RF engineering for defence or aerospace applications.
- Strong proficiency with PCB design tools (Altium, KiCad) and simulation environments (MATLAB/Simulink).
- Hands‑on knowledge of embedded microcontrollers, firmware development, and hardware‑software integration.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
