Electrical Engineer Principal Electrical Engineer

As an Electrical Engineer/Principal Electrical Engineer at Northrop Grumman, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems and equipment for complex projects. You will apply electrical engineering principles and technologies to ensure the successful completion of projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with other systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for leading and mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems and equipment for complex projects.
• Apply electrical engineering principles and technologies to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with other systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements:

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and technologies.
• Experience with design and development tools such as Python, C++, MATLAB, Simulink, and SolidWorks.
