About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed substation design drawings and specifications for 12 kV to 500 kV projects using AutoCAD and other CAD tools.
- Perform power system studies and analyses to ensure reliability, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery from early concept through construction and commissioning.
- Assist in the integration of renewable energy sources into existing transmission and distribution networks.
- Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Strong foundation in power system analysis, substation design, and CAD proficiency.
- Experience with renewable energy project integration is a plus.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to take on increasing technical responsibility and grow within the organization.
