About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily field visits to retail outlets, verifying that zonal supervisors and maintenance technicians perform tasks within scope and schedule.
- Generate and distribute daily MIS reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication.
- Enforce safety compliance by reviewing procedures, conducting audits, and addressing non‑compliance issues promptly.
- Coordinate with BPCL management and other stakeholders to align operational goals and resolve issues.
- Maintain critical records, track vendor performance, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong background in electrical engineering with hands‑on experience in retail outlet operations.
- Proven ability to manage field teams, vendors, and safety compliance programs.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, with proficiency in MIS tools.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive problem‑solver, and capable of driving continuous improvement.
