Electrical EMC Test Engineer 2nd Shift - Actalent
QA Engineer
Perform RF immunity and emission testing on automotive electronic systems, develop test plans, analyze results, and produce technical reports to ensure compliance with international EMC standards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute RF immunity and emission test plans for automotive electronic components.
- Conduct measurements and data collection in accordance with international automotive EMC standards (e.g., ISO 11452, CISPR 25).
- Analyze test results, identify non‑conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for customers and certification bodies.
- Support customers throughout the compliance and certification process, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- Hands‑on experience with EMC test equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators, LISN, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of automotive EMC standards and RF testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently on a 2nd‑shift schedule.
