Software Engineer
Lead the localization of eLearning content for a construction software platform, ensuring accurate bilingual delivery in English and Québec French while managing content assets, cloud integration, and agile workflows.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Translate, adapt, and localize eLearning modules from English to Québec French, maintaining cultural relevance and technical accuracy.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and developers to integrate localized content into the cloud‑based learning platform.
- Manage content assets in the central database, ensuring version control, metadata consistency, and compliance with accessibility standards.
- Participate in agile sprints, providing estimates, progress updates, and quality assurance for localized deliverables.
- Identify and resolve localization bottlenecks, recommending process improvements and tooling enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in eLearning localization, preferably within the construction or enterprise software sector.
- Fluent in both English and Québec French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of content management systems, cloud platforms, and agile development practices.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
