EL1 5 Manager Training Service Managers
Develop and deliver technology training sessions, create training materials, and provide hands-on support to Service Managers. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in adult learning.
Key duties and responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Training Service Managers found suitable will be required to hold and maintain a TSPV or TSPA clearance throughout the course of this work.
Essential criteria
1.1.Training Delivery ExpertiseoDemonstrated experience in designing and delivering technology training programs for diverse audiences.
2.2.Technical KnowledgeoStrong understanding of relevant software, systems, and digital tools, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
3.3.Instructional Design SkillsoAbility to develop engaging training materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning content.
4.4.Communication, Stakeholder Engagement and FacilitationoExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to facilitate interactive sessions.oExperience collaborating with business units to identify training needs and measure effectiveness.
5.5.Adaptability and Problem-SolvingoCapability to tailor training approaches to different learning styles and troubleshoot technical issues during sessions.
6.6.Continuous LearningoCommitment to staying current with emerging technologies and best practices in adult learning.
