We are seeking an EHS - F11 ERT Shift Engineer to join our team at Micron's Taoyuan - Fab 11 facility in Taiwan. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment in a semiconductor manufacturing facility. This is a shift-based role, and the candidate will be required to work a rotating shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement safety training programs for employees and contractors.
- Investigate incidents and near-miss events to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and maintain safety procedures and protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. safety, engineering, environmental science).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or in a related field (e.g. safety, quality, operations).
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards (e.g. OSHA, ISO 14001).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
