Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate technology integration strategies across classroom instruction and school-wide initiatives.
- Provide hands‑on training and ongoing professional development for teachers on Learning Management Systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Teams.
- Collaborate with curriculum leaders to align digital resources with standards and create instructional materials.
- Analyze usage data and student performance metrics to inform instructional improvements and technology adoption.
- Serve as the primary technical support liaison, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for staff and students.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years of experience integrating technology in K‑12 environments.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, and classroom hardware.
- Strong communication and coaching skills to support teachers of varying tech proficiency.
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable instructional strategies.
