Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate curriculum and instructional materials for undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Collaborate with faculty to integrate technology-enhanced learning tools and best practices into course delivery.
• Manage and update learning management system content, ensuring accessibility and alignment with learning objectives.
• Conduct needs analyses, learning outcome mapping, and assessment of instructional effectiveness.
• Provide professional development workshops for faculty on instructional design and educational technology.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design in higher education.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard) and authoring tools.
• Strong analytical skills for assessment design and data-driven improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
