Implementation Engineer
Lead EDI and B2B integration projects for supply‑chain partners, building robust SAP/Oracle ERP connections and ensuring data quality and SLA compliance across inventory, manufacturing, shipments, and assets.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new supply chain partners (OEMs, ODMs, Rack Integrators, VMIs) onto the SC.os platform.
- Design, develop, and deploy EDI and ERP integrations for vendors, ensuring seamless data flow between partner systems and internal ERP solutions.
- Coordinate partner integration testing, manage go‑live activities, and monitor feed health across Inventory, Manufacturing, Shipments, and Assets domains.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, maintaining SLA compliance and performing SLA miss triage and escalation management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine integration processes and implement best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in EDI integration development and B2B supply chain integrations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Oracle ERP integration patterns.
- Hands‑on experience with supply chain systems and data quality management.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder coordination and escalation handling.
