About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and upgrade the core eCommerce platform and associated CMS to ensure high availability and performance.
- Fine‑tune search algorithms, implement AI‑driven discovery tools, and continuously improve SEO to increase product visibility and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with IT, marketing, and external development teams to integrate third‑party services, analytics, and personalization engines.
- Monitor platform metrics, generate performance reports, and apply data‑driven insights to optimize the customer journey.
- Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders, documenting best practices and platform configurations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing B2B eCommerce platforms and CMS solutions.
- Proven expertise in search optimization, SEO, and AI‑based product discovery technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to drive improvements.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with IT, marketing, and external developers, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
